SENIOR CONSULTANT

This leadership role leads large implementation projects from start to finish. From facilitating client conversations and managing the team’s utilization to defining requirements and declarative configuration, our Sr. Consultants are responsible for delivering what was promised. Ideally, someone in this role has at least 7 years experience leading Salesforce implementations in the education, nonprofit, and/or healthcare industries.

CONSULTANT

Our Consultants are the eyes and ears of our projects. They’re responsible for spotting obstacles and presenting a solution to the team. This role leads our support projects and also partners with the Engagement Director on larger implementations by playing a key part in discovery and testing, co-architecting solutions, facilitating the build-out of the Salesforce environment, and more.  Elevation Solutions Consultants typically have between 5-7 years of Salesforce consulting experience and have led projects on their own.

IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

Implementation Specialists focus on the technical aspects of the project by configuring the Salesforce environment, conducting technical demonstrations, creating training materials, and more. This role’s primary responsibility is to gain a strong understanding of the client’s business processes and ensure solutions are implemented based on defined requirements, client specifications, and system specifications. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 3 years as Salesforce Administrator.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We’re looking for an individual who enjoys building genuine relationships with community-focused organizations by listening to their existing technology-based issues, crafting human-centric solutions, and supporting sales to delivery transition efforts. If you are a self starter, hyper-organized, and really into Salesforce, we want to talk to you.

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet project requirements and objectives. The person in this role will manage our team member’s time to drive progress, mitigate risks, and ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, extensive experience with Salesforce implementation projects, and excellent communication skills.
