K12 Practice Lead

Caitlin is a 14x certified Salesforce Architect with over 18 years of CRM consulting experience, mainly focusing on the Salesforce ecosystem. Prior to joining Elevation Solutions, she has designed and built complex Salesforce solutions for a wide variety of different industries; however, in her current role, she is able to use her deep expertise in the Salesforce platform to lead innovations for K12 school districts. Caitlin has earned her Bachelors in Engineering Science with a minor in Bioengineering from the Pennsylvania State University.  

While her two young kids keep her busy, Caitlin enjoys camping, Christmas music, taking care of her house plants, and is best known for her hand-knit beer koozies (never leaves home without one!).

Amanda is dedicated to ensuring the operations at Elevation Solutions supports the consulting team in doing what they do best...working with their amazing clients! With over 10 years of operational design experience under her belt, Amanda focuses on ensuring Elevation Solution's processes and procedures scale with the firm's growth. She earned her Bachelors in Business Management with a focus on Organization and Innovation Management from Colorado State University.

Amanda loves to travel, volunteer with animal rescues, and be in the mountains as much as possible.

Sarah Ross

Chief Executive Officer

Sarah is a seasoned Client Services executive with more than 15 years of experience in consulting and project management. She has a proven track record of delivering successful technology projects and leading high performance teams. Prior to joining Elevation, Sarah was an independent consultant in the Salesforce ecosystem and worked in several roles at Frito-Lay in finance and innovation. Sarah earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Sarah enjoys watching drag racing shows with her two boys, hosting dinner parties for friends, eating brunch on the patio when it's not one million degrees in Texas, and growing her own vegetables.

Jeremy Ross

Chief Technology Officer

Jeremy is a well-known Salesforce Technical Architect who uncompromisingly delivers sound and sustainable custom technology solutions to his clients. With deep expertise in Force.com and cross-platform custom development and integration, user interface styling, value definition, and scalable agile development, Jeremy truly takes success to a new level. He’s also a connoisseur of craft beer, trumpet player, and host of the awesome podcast, Good Day, Sir!

Jeremy is a Salesforce MVP alum.
