AI is top of mind for most of the organizations we work with. Following the announcement of Claudeforce, most are asking what does an AI-enabled nonprofit or school district look like in practice, not in theory? Dreamforce 2026 is where Salesforce answers that question for the sectors we serve, and our team is heading into the week with a session list built around it.
Here’s where we’re spending our week and why each session matters to the clients we serve.
Setting the Vision for Mission Driven Organizations
Two keynotes anchor our Dreamforce 2026 schedule:
Maximize Impact as an Agentic Nonprofit is the nonprofit keynote, and you don’t want to miss this. Nonprofits are under constant pressure to do more with flat or shrinking budgets. This session is where Salesforce lays out its vision for AI-enabled fundraising, program delivery, and donor stewardship. We’re attending to translate that vision into a roadmap our nonprofit clients can use to further enable their organizations with AI.
Becoming an Agentic Institution is key for any education institution to attend. K-12 districts and higher ed institutions are being asked to modernize technical infrastructure while protecting student data and staff bandwidth. This session frames what that modernization looks like over the next several years. We plan to bring this framework directly back to our K-12 clients as they build their own next-generation technical roadmaps.
The Nonprofit and K-12 Roadmap Sessions
Vision only matters once it turns into a product roadmap our clients can plan around, and two sessions do exactly that.
The Salesforce for Nonprofits Roadmap: Innovation Announcements session covers the features that will shape nonprofit client roadmaps for the coming year. We’re excited to see what’s up next for Agentforce Nonprofit.
The Agentforce Education Roadmap session is the K-12 roadmap counterpart. We’re bringing it back into our clients’ own planning cycles so districts aren’t caught reacting to changes they could have anticipated.
Practical Sessions for Salesforce Admins
Two sessions on our list are aimed less at strategy and more at the day to day work of Salesforce Admins.
Reimagining Nonprofit Operations with the Right Ecosystem is where we expect to hear the implementation patterns and tool stacks our delivery team or a Salesforce Admin can apply directly to their work.
A Guide to Scaling Fundraising with Agentforce Nonprofit is a session where we expect to find the specific fundraising scenarios we can bring back to donor retention and development conversations. A great place to learn how to practically apply AI.
Real Client Outcomes
Three sessions on our Dreamforce 2026 list feature results we can point to, and one features a client we know well.
How YMCA Is Saving Thousands of Staff Hours with Agentforce is the efficiency story we’ve been waiting for. A nonprofit client weighing whether Agentforce is worth the investment needs to see real measurable results from their peer organizations.
We’re especially looking forward to A New Era of K-12 Connection with Harmony Public Schools, because Harmony Public Schools is our client. Harmony has used Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to make a measurable impact on lead and enrollment processing. Watching them present that work on the Dreamforce stage is a genuine point of pride for our whole team.
We’re also carving out time for Sheryl Lee Ralph & Dr. Marie Wu: Real Talk on Public Schools and AI. The tension between AI adoption and public school resourcing is a real issue impacting districts. We’re looking forward to hearing their perspective and how it can apply to our clients.
Where We’ll Be Connecting
Sessions aren’t the only reason we go to Dreamforce 2026. The Higher Ed Community Meetup is on our schedule too. We’re looking forward to finding familiar faces and meeting new ones in the Higher Ed community. You can also find us at the Nonprofit Breakfast and of course, Dreamfest.
If your organization is heading to Dreamforce 2026, we’d welcome the chance to compare notes on any of these sessions. If you’re rethinking what an agentic nonprofit or school district could look like for your own organization, that’s a conversation we’re ready to have before the keynote slides go up.
