Accounting Subledger (paid)
Accounting Subledger is a product that prepares your fundraising information for your accounting system. New features allow the recognition of any object as the source of accounting information. Additionally in this release, you are now able to connect all revenue and expense transactions from within Salesforce.
Pardot (paid)
Pardot is a marketing automation tool built to create meaningful connections, generate more pipeline, and empower teams to raise more funds. You can now view leads and contacts across business units, allowing you to view data from each team across your entire organization.
Program Management Module (free)
The Program Management Module (PMM) allows nonprofits to track the programs and services that benefit their constituents and advance their mission. Attendance tracking has been improved in this release with a new streamlined attendance tracker that is pre-populated manually. You can now eliminate the tedious, line by line, manual entry and quickly verify attendance after group services. Additionally, reporting has been improved with new pre-built reports that aggregate group service attendance, allowing you to track clients that are at risk or may need additional support.
Case Management (paid)
Case Management helps organizations scale personalized care to clients on a platform that helps track services, case plans, notes, incidents, assessments and outcomes. New templates allow you to maintain consistent data when capturing notes by selecting templates tailored to each of your programs.
Grants Management (paid)
Grants Management helps foundations launch a portal where grantseekers can find funding opportunities, apply for funding, view their application status, and submit ongoing progress reports for awarded grants all in one place. Grant makers can now define a common list of due diligence verification items and easily view historical data about grant seekers. Also, new features create the ability to quickly publish multiple grant applications with more configurations, workflows and the ability to tie grants to multiple funding programs.
Elevate (paid)
Salesforce.org Elevate is a suite of integrated products for the nonprofit and education sectors that gives organizations a way to process payments online and directly in Salesforce. If enhanced recurring donations are turned on in NPSP, you can create recurring donations and see them in the Elevate portal.
General Accounting Unit Allocations (free)
Many nonprofits use General Accounting Units (GAUs) to track donations. A GAU is a fund that you can segregate for specific purposes or because of special restrictions. Now organizations have the ability to add custom fields to the GAU allocation page.
Insights Platform (paid)
Insights Platform streamlines and automates the data management process for addresses and duplicate contacts. With the new updates, you can standardize addresses for up to 240 countries and conduct long running overnight jobs to improve performance.
