Last week our CEO, VP of Client Success, K12 Practice Lead and Account Director were in Dallas at the 2023 Salesforce.org Education Summit (#dreamteam). Hats off to Salesforce.org for an outstanding few days of learning, networking and partnering with education teams leveraging Salesforce.
While we had a jam-packed few days full of fun and hard work, here are our top 5 moments from the summit:
The Summit Awards!
We are so incredibly proud of Cherry Creek School District for winning the Excellence in College and Career Prep Award.
The team at Cherry Creek has spent the last three years hard at work implementing Salesforce across their district, from Career and Technical Education to Professional Development. We celebrated their win with runs through the Cherry Creek School District banner and dancing with Astro!
Two other teams we partner with, Pajaro Valley School District and Dallas Independent School District, made up the rest of the Excellence in College and Career Prep category nominees. Both teams are doing great work and we love to see them recognized.
The K12 Faculty Lounge Luncheon and Party
Who remembers walking by the faculty lounge in school and wondering what goes on in there? This was the inspiration for our faculty lounge themed party and luncheon! We had a raffle, trivia, jokes, networking games and great food. Best of all, we had a great group of school leaders that joined us.
Why did the teacher have to wear sunglasses?…
The students were so bright.
Happy Hour at The Henry Co-hosted with the Salesforce.org Team
We closed out Education Summit Wednesday night by inviting some close friends and partners to the beautiful rooftop of The Henry to enjoy great drinks and food. Thank you to the teams that joined us to network and discuss some of the new innovations and learnings.
Our Co-Presentation with Cherry Creek School District on Bridging the Divides Between K-12 and College and Career Readiness
Elevation Solution’s K12 Practice Lead, Caitlin Pfeiffer, joined Cherry Creek School District’s Maria Martin and Salesforce’s Allison Arunksi to discuss how to use Student Success Hub and Salesforce Experience Cloud as a repository and guide to empower each and every student. They shared details about Cherry Creek’s journey with Salesforce, starting with a simple need to manage industry partnerships, and resulting in a multi-year roadmap that supports various functions district-wide. The presentation concluded with a system demonstration sharing how Cherry Creek School District is using Salesforce to prepare their students for college and/or a future career.
Spending Time with Our Amazing Clients
We can genuinely say we tried to fill each day with coffees, meals, and quick check-ins with our clients. These moments are what we look forward to the most. We love it when we can get clients together to share similar experiences and form supportive relationships!
