Caitlin is a 14x certified Salesforce Architect with over 18 years of CRM consulting experience, mainly focusing on the Salesforce ecosystem. Prior to joining Elevation Solutions, she has designed and built complex Salesforce solutions for a wide variety of different industries; however, in her current role, she is able to use her deep expertise in the Salesforce platform to lead innovations for K12 school districts. Caitlin has earned her Bachelors in Engineering Science with a minor in Bioengineering from the Pennsylvania State University.

While her two young kids keep her busy, Caitlin enjoys camping, Christmas music, taking care of her house plants, and is best known for her hand-knit beer koozies (never leaves home without one!).

Katie is a strong business leader with over 15 years of experience in project management, process improvement, and technology. Prior to joining Elevation Solutions, she worked in the education industry as a project leader and consultant. At Elevation Solutions Katie leads our delivery team and ensures our project management methodologies are used to drive successful engagements. Katie loves to travel and spends her free time hiking the national parks with her family.

Elise Hastings is passionate about helping clients create transformational impact with the tools they need to succeed. Before joining the Elevation Solutions team, she spent 7 years in the nonprofit and technology ecosystem, including starting a micro-giving platform and consulting for nonprofit organizations. Elise earned an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

Elise enjoys painting, playing board-games, trying not to kill her house plants, and getting lost in bookstores.

Amanda is dedicated to ensuring the Elevation flight crew has what they need to best partner with clients! With 10 years of operational design experience under her belt, Amanda focuses on ensuring Elevation Solution's processes and procedures can scale with our firm's growth. She earned her Bachelors in Business Management with a focus on Organization and Innovation Management from Colorado State University.

Amanda loves to travel, volunteer with animal rescues, and be in the mountains as much as possible.

Sarah is a seasoned Client Services executive with more than 15 years of experience in consulting and project management. She has a proven track record of delivering successful technology projects and leading high performance teams. Prior to joining Elevation, Sarah was an independent consultant in the Salesforce ecosystem and worked in several roles at Frito-Lay in finance and innovation. Sarah earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Sarah enjoys watching drag racing shows with her two boys, hosting dinner parties for friends, eating brunch on the patio when it's not one million degrees in Texas, and growing her own vegetables.

Jeremy is a well-known Salesforce Technical Architect who uncompromisingly delivers sound and sustainable custom technology solutions to his clients. He’s also a connoisseur of craft beer, trumpet player, and host of the awesome podcast, Good Day, Sir!
